Is this hard to set up?

No. Most owners are running in under 15 minutes. We pre-configure your lot grid — you add tenant names and rent amounts from the dashboard, and you're live. No technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, email us and we'll walk you through it personally.

What if my tenants aren't tech-savvy?

Designed for it. Tenants can pay by scanning a QR code at their lot — no account, no app download, no login required. For those who want the full portal, the login is simple: email and password, nothing else. If they can check email on a phone, they can use LotBoard.

Can my park manager use this?

Yes. Your manager gets full admin access with their own login — same dashboard you see. They'll get email alerts for new maintenance requests and incident reports so nothing gets missed, even when you're not watching.

How do tenants pay rent?

Via Stripe — the same payment processor used by millions of businesses. Tenants pay by credit card or bank account, one-time or autopay. You can also post a QR code at each lot so tenants scan and pay on the spot, no login needed. Funds land in your account automatically.

Is tenant data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by banks. Tenant portals require secure login. Incident reports have an anonymous reporting option so tenants flag safety concerns without fear. We never sell or share tenant data.
